These terms govern your use of Master Namer (masternamer.com and the Master Namer iOS app), operated by Dialogs. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. Questions: support@dialogs.com.
Your account
You need a working email address to create an account, and you are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password to yourself.
Your content
You keep ownership of the decks and cards you create. You grant us the license needed to store, display, and share them the way the product works — including showing public decks and decks you share to other players. You are responsible for the content you create and share.
Prohibited content
Do not create or share content that is:
- unlawful, or that promotes illegal activity;
- hateful, harassing, or abusive toward any person or group;
- sexually explicit;
- gratuitously violent or gory;
- someone else’s private information;
- infringing on copyrights or trademarks you do not hold.
The same rules apply to AI image prompts, whatever image comes back.
Reporting and enforcement
Any deck or card can be reported in the app or on the site. We aim to review reports within 24 hours. We may hide or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, to enforce these rules.
AI-generated images
Card and deck images can be generated from your prompts by a third-party AI model. Generated images may be inaccurate or unexpected; they are screened automatically for NSFW content, and prompts must follow the prohibited-content rules above.
Share links
A deck share link works for anyone who has it and cannot be revoked. Sharing a deck means trusting the people you share it with — and the people they pass it on to.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Master Namer infringes your copyright, email support@dialogs.com with the deck link and enough detail to identify the work, and we will remove infringing content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Master Namer is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialogs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use it.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use Master Namer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
